sms77-Widget

With this dashboard widget you can send low price short text messages via the sms77.de service. To send messages using this widget, you have to register at sms77.de and enable the HTTP-API. To use the addressbook-feature you have to create an addressbook at the sms77.de-website. The short name attribute is used for searching.

CD-Copy

With the support of this program, you can copy CDs and DVDs entirely to your harddrive. This means, every single file is copied to the harddisk, it does not create an image of the disc! Batch-Processing of multiple discs is supported. It can even eject the disc after a successful copy progress and starts automatically whenever you put a new disc into the drive bay. When inserting a new CD/DVD the autorun feature can be disabled.

With this widget you can see your current IP-Address and if you're using a fritz!Box device, you can easily reconnect your connection to receive a new IP.

 

This can be useful if you're banned from a forum/board/site because the person who used your IP before did something wrong.

netHelper

This small little application will rest in your menubar and lets you easily switch between different network locations. There are some programs out there which can do that automatically, but if you just want to switch your network location settings, these programs are way to heavy. So you don't have to open up network preferences any more just to select another location. It also allows to quickly connect to a VPN connections.
